Episode 77: Keturah & Sef DeChristopher – Restore & Revive

Despite our background, upbringing, or life circumstances as humans we have a tendency to believe a story about ourselves that can either nourish us and encourage growth, or it can prevent us from developing the gifts and values already within us.

My guests Keturah and Sef DeChristopher are on assignment to support as many individuals as possible in authoring a new story.  Steam Cathedral, located in Columbus Ohio is a mission-driven community of mentors, apprentices and students who collectively facilitate interactive projects, programs and workshops all while cultivating a new story.  At the same time as an old car is being rebuilt and given a second chance, there is a human who is on a journey to being revived and restored on a much more personal level.

This episode is full of transformational moments and stories from the community they serve and recommended resilience practices they have learned to trust.

A Resilience Project is a podcast inspired by the complex, raw, and sometimes messy experience of what it means to be human. It is impossible to navigate this world without adversity. Through our guests’ stories we will discover key elements that can move us from surviving to thriving. Together we can build a story of resilience.
