Episode 33: Joe Bakhmoutski

Having lived with debilitating anxiety for a number of years, Joe Bakhmoutski did not anticipate he would also have to face testicular cancer.  Joe admits his cancer experience led him through the lowest depths of misery and pain to eventually forge a closer bond with his family. 

Author of “Simplify Cancer” & “Finding Hope in Times of Uncertainty”, Joe has made it his mission in life to help others facing their cancer journey.  Creating a network of resources and support, Joe assists survivors in navigating their worries and stress, moving them to take back some control of their lives.

Sharing a number of his pivotal learnings and resilience practices, Joe’s contagious energy and positive outlook inspire a sense of Hope through adversity.
