Founded in 2002 by best-selling author Bob Goff, Love Does is a non-profit organization that fights for human rights, cares for the vulnerable and provides education to those in conflict zones.  Reaching out to humans in need, the staff and volunteers are creating community, decreasing isolation while spreading hope, joy, and love. The bonus?  When we do something kind for others, we also grow our own personal resilience.

A Resilience Project is a podcast inspired by the complex, raw, and sometimes messy experience of what it means to be human. It is impossible to navigate this world without adversity. Through our guests’ stories we will discover key elements that can move us from surviving to thriving. Together we can build a story of resilience.
