Episode 21: Lynnsay Scollon

Lynnsay Scollon is joining us for a vulnerable and authentic reflection on her journey as a first-year student at the University of Victoria.  Discover how a number of seemingly benign circumstances can add up to create the perfect storm, and what Lynnsay discovered about herself in the process.

Shining a light on mental illness and the very seductive way it can undermine one’s confidence, Lynnsay gives voice to an experience not uncommon to students.  With a desire to help others who may be hitting a similar wall, Lynnsay reminds us of what is possible, and that we are not alone on this journey.

Now a third-year psychology student at University of Victoria, Lynnsay brings the wisdom, insight and fresh perspective that is often found in someone striving to practice her resilience every day.
